Full-time Account Manager

at Panjo (Anywhere)

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the owners of interest-based communities who use the Panjo marketplace plugin.
Deploying growth hacking techniques to support the growth of the marketplace.
Helping partners achieve their goals.
Tracking and prioritizing partner feature ideas, requests, and requirements for the development team.
Generating reports to help partners track performance and identify opportunities.
Ensure custom integrations are launched accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage and contribute to social media properties.

Who We Need:

The ideal candidate has a college degree, is self directed, is self motivated, and has excellent communication skills.
Experience with vBulletin or other forum software platforms is a plus.
Ecommerce, Google Analytics, and social media management experience is a plus.
