Full-time Customer Support Specialist

Voxer is the fastest growing voice application in the world and we need your help to keep growing. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist, passionate about Voxer, with a desire to support and manage customer relations in our community. You will be responsible for maintaining the current relationship between our outsourced customer support team and our internal company teams, providing product updates, bug reporting, ticket escalations and more. The ideal candidate is a tech savvy individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is great at multi-tasking, with exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer inquiries
Identify and escalate issues quickly and appropriately
Be the liaison between our internal/external support teams
Prepare well-crafted responses and/or customized prepared responses to customer inquiries
Provide technical support for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, WP 8, desktop web browser) and products (consumer, business)
Be fulfilled by solving problems for others (community & product) and enjoy providing a superior experience for customers
Identify and implement better practices to improve efficiency in support workflow, policy etc.
Analytics - measure, analyze and iterate
Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals

Qualifications

University degree or other formal education
At least 3 years of online customer support experience; preferably in high end customer support working with high visibility customers
Experience working with administrative tools; enterprise-level ticketing support software (Zendesk, Get Satisfaction etc.) and mobile devices
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
A great problem solver with a strong desire to learn
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
Technical aptitude with the ability to pick up new technology quickly
Very high attention to detail
Outgoing personality
Okay with working the occasional weekend
